PurOps, LLC ("PurOps", "we") runs purops.ai and the Purdir software. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you email or call us, or ask for a demo through this website, we receive your name, contact details, organization and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply, run demos and manage our relationship with you.
Information on this website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the page securely. Demo requests submitted through the form are stored by our hosting provider and forwarded to us.
Customer data in Purdir
Clubs and businesses that use Purdir upload operating data such as invoices, vendor prices, recipes, inventory counts and event orders. We process this data on our customers' behalf, under their contract with us, only to provide and improve the service for them. Each customer's data is kept separate and is never shared with other customers.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as email, cloud hosting, payment and AI processing providers, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups. We keep information while it is needed for the purposes above or as our contracts and the law require, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing kdahmani@purops.ai.
